Fields of Sidmouth Ltd is a long established, family owned and managed, company which operates two independent Department Stores (see links* below) and two other retail sites in the West Country. The Company is a member of the Association of Independent Stores (AIS) which enables us to offer you better choice and value by taking advantage of the vast buying power that our membership of AIS brings.This is reflected in our competitive online prices which benefits you, the online customer.

We are also a member of the British Shops and Stores Association LTD (BSSA) .  Finally, we are an accredited Investor In People (IIP) company as we recognise that our staff play a vital role in assuring quality customer service, not only in person but also online.

The company has always prided itself on the quality of customer service that it provides, and in 2009 decided to extend this to include this ecommerce website, trading as Fields of Sidmouth Online.
