Problems selecting Product Options?

Rarely, you may experience a problem selecting Product Options on the website, and we apologise if this has just happened to you. It can be for a number of reasons, which we will not go into in depth. Please read and follow the guidance notes below, and we hope you will then successfully buy the Product with your selected Options chosen from the relevant 'drop down' Option menus.

1. If the screen has 'frozen/hung' mid Product Option Selection you can either use your Browser* 'Back' button (see image below) to go back to the original Category Product display (and then re-select to go back to the required Product page (to input your selections again)) or, if it's easier, just go back to the relevant Product Category (using the top Navigation Bar product Category selection option) and re-select the required Product entry again. Please then proceed, as set out in point 2 below.

 2. If you are using, in particular, Internet Explorer as your Browser*, please remember to allow a little time for your individual Option selection (eg 'Size'/'Fit'/'Colour' - see image below) to load before attempting to select the next Option (eg 'Size' > Fit') - the 'blue arrow' (on the right of the next Option (if any)) is an indicator that your previous Option selection has loaded, and you can then safely select the next (blue arrow indicated) Option. To state the obvious! the 'moving gears' icon is a confirmation that your current 'Option' selection is being processed, and we recommend that you wait until the 'blue arrow' indicator moves to the next Option selection (if any) before you select that Option.

Example of a Product Option selection input area - select required Option, as indicated by the 'blue arrow' to right.

Good luck!

 * A Browser is a software program that lets you explore the World Wide Web/Internet to find text, graphics, sound, movies, games, chats and more. Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are examples of more commonly used Browsers.
